Dr. Pozsgai joined the Baruch Law Firm in 2020 as a trainee and has been a junior associate since earning her degree from Károli Gáspár University in 2022. She primarily works in family law.

In 2024, she earned a real estate law specialization at the University of Debrecen, expanding her expertise particularly in the financial aspects of family law cases. During her university years, she worked at the SOS Children’s Villages Foundation, which shaped her commitment to children’s rights. She also completed a training program organized by the Hintalovon Children’s Rights Foundation and continues to collaborate with them on matters involving minors.
